Accessibility statement

Scope

This statement covers the website tamarleben.de of Tamar Lebensstil UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin. We publish it voluntarily.

Our aim

Everyone should be able to use this website well, with a mouse, keyboard, screen reader or magnification. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

The website largely meets WCAG 2.1 AA. We know of these limitations:

• Some journal photos contain text in the image, for example care instructions on a label. The same content is in the alternative text and in the article.
• The photos on this website are currently AI-generated placeholders and are labelled as such. We are replacing them with real photography step by step.
• Links to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn lead to third-party services whose accessibility we cannot influence.

How we checked

Self-assessment on 24 September 2026: automated testing with Lighthouse and axe-core, keyboard-only use, contrast measurement, and display at 320 pixels wide and 200% zoom. No external expert review has taken place.
